Wooroloo 1 CCN-S Horse Trials

Wooroloo 1 CCN-S hosts classes from EV65 – CCN4*-S (formerly CCN3*). The event is held less than an hour’s drive from the centre of Perth in the grounds of Wooroloo Prison Farm by kind permission of the Department of Corrective Services. Over the last 25+ years, Perth Horse Trials Association has invested in the events at Wooroloo and they are now highly regarded as the pinnacle of eventing in WA. International course designer Wayne Copping designs flowing cross country courses over undulating terrain which includes a large water jump which was significantly improved in 2018.

The event is piloting a new class for 2019 – Combined Training 45cm. This class consists of two phases – dressage and showjumping and will run on the Saturday. Entry to this class is open to all EWA Competitor, Participant and Adult Rider Members.

The highly popular Wooroloo Teams Challenge will also be running again.

Admission is free for spectators and refreshments are available.
