Coaching: 24 Coaches Registered for Level 3 Performance Coach Course
Investing in the development of our sport's coaches is key to the future success.
Equestrian Australia places a great deal of value on coaches to develop athletes and improve participation in the sport. Coaches play a crucial role in guiding and supporting athletes to reach their full potential, both in terms of their technical skills and their overall well-being. Equestrian Australia recognizes the importance of investing in quality coaching programs and ensuring that coaches have access to ongoing professional development opportunities. By doing so, they are able to provide athletes with the best possible training and support, which not only helps to improve their performance but also fosters a love for the sport that can lead to increased participation and engagement.
It has been several years since a Level 3 Course has been delivered, so with 24 registered for the upcoming 18-month course, we see this a major positive for our sport.
