EA High Performance Welcomes New Para-Equestrian Panel
The Equestrian Australia (EA) High Performance Program (HP) is pleased to announce the inaugural members of the EA High Performance Para-Equestrian Panel.
The EA High Performance Para-Equestrian Panel has been established to oversee the short and long-term strategy for achieving sustainable medal-winning performances in the sport of Para-dressage on the world stage.
Appointed to the EA High Performance Para-Equestrian Panel is:
- Dani Fraillon (Chair)
- Sally Francis OAM
- Lisa Baker
- Anna Muldoon
The new panel brings a wealth of both equestrian and Para-sporting experience, which will help guide the Program towards future Paralympic and World Championship success.
Dani Fraillon, Chair of the new HP Para Equestrian Panel, is a consultant specialising in leadership, organisational culture and inclusion. She is a retired PwC Partner and currently the COO of Get Skilled Access, founded by Dylan Alcott. She has worked in the disability sector for 28 years in both professional and volunteer capacities.
Sally Francis has worked with Australian Para-equestrian teams since 1994, serving as Chef d'equipe at the 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Games, Official at the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games, and Assistant Coach at the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games. Sally was also Chef D’Equipe for the Para-equestrian team at Kentucky Word Equestrian Games (WEG) 2010, London Paralympic Games 2012, Normandy WEG 2014 and Rio Paralympic Games 2016.
Lisa Baker is a trained FEI Para-dressage steward as well as an FEI3* Para-dressage judge. In addition Lisa is a strong advocate for equality, and a leading voice for her community in WA Parliament.
Anna Muldoon is an expert in the Para-sporting field and has held numerous positions within Paralympics Australia including Development Coordinator, Classification Coordinator and Classification Manager. Anna also acted as the Logistics Coordinator for Australia at the 2012 London Paralympic Games.
