Equestrian Australia 2024 Annual General Meeting and Notice of Motion

TO ALL VOTING MEMBERS TAKE NOTICE THAT 

The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Equestrian Australia Limited (EA) will be held on 

Date: Friday, 15 November 2024 
Time: 7pm (AEST)
Place: Telecommunications (Online) meeting 

A Notice of Meeting will be sent to members with further information including how to register to attend. 

Members may submit a Notice of Motion to Equestrian Australia in advance of the AGM by completing the attached Notice of Motion Form. 

In accordance with Clause 14 of the Equestrian Australia Constitution, members are permitted to submit a Notice of Motion for inclusion as special business at the AGM. 

A Notice of Motion must relate to a matter which is expressly stated in the Constitution or the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) to be a right or power of the Members at the AGM. If it is not, it will not be considered a valid notice of motion and will not be included as Special Business at the AGM. 

All Notice of Motion(s) must be received by the Company Secretary no later than 5pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 16 October 2024, being not less than 30 days (excluding receiving & meeting dates) prior to the AGM.
