Job tasks and responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the role is bookkeeping using MYOB EXO accounting software and general accounting duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Daily Bank Reconciliation
- Process all transactional accounts in MYOB EXO
- Process payroll
- Process credit card transactions
- General Admin duties
Skills and experience
As the ideal candidate you MUST possess the following skills and attributes;
- Sound knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- A minimum of two years’ experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable and bank reconciliation
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Solid MYOB EXO experience and understanding
- MS Office Skills
- Professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work independently
The ideal candidate will also have prior administration experience in dealing with customers, suppliers & employees. They will also be enthusiastic and willing to assist within the office wherever needed.
