Online Zoom Session with Amanda Ross for Endurance Athletes and Owners

The EA Endurance Committee invite you to attend an online Zoom session with successful Eventing rider Amanda Ross as follows:

This Zoom session will be of particular interest to Young Riders looking to step up to FEI Level and all Endurance Riders looking to represent their country overseas.

Session topics will include:

• How to manage your expectations. 
• How to manage other peoples expectations of you.
• How to manage positive and negative commentary including social media engagement.
• How to enhance positive opportunities and similarly how to minimise negative situations.
• How to embrace the concept of the event being part of a journey and not the destination. 
• Rest,nutrition and wellbeing. 
• Managing nerves
