Podium finish for Australia at Linz Nations Cup
Australia has landed a podium finish in its first of two Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup outings for 2014.
The Australian team of Jamie Kermond & Colthaga, James Passey & Yirrkala Cortina, Alison Rowland & Bickley Brook Bella and James Paterson-Robinson & Vincente, finished 3rd in the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup event in Linz (AUT) overnight.
The Australians shared the lead with the home nation following the conclusion of the first round thanks to a clear round by Paterson-Robinson. They were further bolstered by Rowland and Passy who each incurred just a single time fault in the first round.
The team solidified third position with strong rounds by Passey and Rowland in the second.

Australia reveals team for Linz
National Jumping Selectors have advised the composition of the Australian team for tonight's Furusiyya FEI Nation's cup event in Linz (AUT).
Australia has drawn third in the order of go and the team will be represented by the following combinations in the order as they appear:
Jamie Kermond & Colthaga
James Passey & Yirrkala Cortina
Alison Rowland & Bickley Brook Bella
James Paterson-Robinson & Vincente
Evie Buller (Yalambi's Landor) and Phil Lever (Essini) will compete as individuals.

Australian riders announced for FEI Linz and Odense Nations Cup Event
National jumping selectors have advised the horse and rider combinations that will represent Australia at forthcoming Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup events.
Congratulations to the horse and rider combinations who have been selected to represet Australia at the Linz (AUT) and Odense (DEN).
The combinations in alphabetical order are:

- Thaisa Erwin - Matilda
At each event four combinations will represent the team and remaining combinations will compete as individuals.
Riders will be supported by Chef d’Equipe Stevie Macken, Australian team vet Dr Robin Bell and Coach Gilbert Bockmann.
