Position Open for Sport Development Officer - Coaching
Equestrian Australia (EA) have advertised for a Sport Development Officer - Coaching.
The Sport Operations team is responsible for delivering participation pathways and programs for the sport's participants, providing education and pathways for officials and coaches, offering administrative support to the sport's National Discipline and Coaching Committees and managing the sport's national medication control program.
Position: To coordinate and support the development, implementation and promotion of coaching pathways, registration processes, and participation initiatives. This role facilitates communication, ensures efficient administrative workflows, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes for coaches and the equestrian community.
The Person:
- Knowledge and experience of Equestrian sports
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in managing workflows, organising tasks, and maintaining documentation to ensure smooth operations
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- A proactive approach
- Ability to organise and execute workshops, seminars, camps and programmes
