Stewards General Appointments
EA's FEI stewards general appointments for the forthcoming four year period have been finalised.
Level 3 FEI eventing steward, Christine Wallis (pictured left) and Level 3 FEI dressage steward Cathie Drury-Klein, have been named as the stewards general of their respective disciplines.
Both women have served in these roles since 2009 and have been re-elected for a subsequent four year term.
The increase in the number of FEI vaulting officials in Australia has created a need for a stewards general for vaulting and this position will be carried out by Jennifer Scott of NSW, an FEI vaulting steward.
The role of the stewards general is to act as a liaison between EA and relevant FEI representatives as well as engage with organisers of international event classes to ensure that correct processes are being followed.
Katrina Dukats was recently announced as the stewards general for Jumping.
All stewards general appointments are for a four year term.
