United States Equestrian Federation Notice of Sanction

The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) has notified Equestrian Australia that Rowan Willis has been found in violation of Chapter 4, GR410-411 pertaining to Diablo VII and the detection of controlled substance 2-(1-hydroxyethyl) promazine sulfoxide at Ocala January Festival Horse Show, 21-26 January 2020.

USEF has advised that a sanction will be issued commencing 1^st January 2021 until midnight 31^st January 2021 during which time Mr. Willis will be ineligible to take part in any USEF licensed competitions or activities.
