Zara Adnams & Harley McNaughton in Mexico for FEI Jumping Children's Classics Final

The FEI Jumping Children's Classics consist of three Tours, Gold, Silver and Bronze. The Gold Tour qualified Athletes for the FEI Jumping Children’s Classics Final on borrowed Horses which is currently underway in Lerma, Rancho Salazar (MEX) (12-17 November 2024).

The event is for children from the start of the year in which they reach 12 until the end of the year in which they reach 14.  

Thirty-two Athletes qualified to participate in the Final,16 Athletes from the host country and 16 foreign Athletes.

The Australian qualifier was in Sydney at the Jumping NSW Winter Festival at Sydney International Equestrian Centre (SIEC).

The 16 foreign Athletes selected to participate are the best placed 10 Athletes on the Gold Tour final standings 2024. Australia had 3 riders in the top 10, Zara Adnams at 3, Harley McNaughton at 5 and Valentina Hercus at 6. However as only 2 athletes from each foreign nation are able to attend, it is Zara and Harley who have headed off to Mexico.

Last week, at the Australian Jumping Championships, Zara and Harley were presented with their saddle pads for the event by the officials at the championships.
