National squads for Eventing, Dressage, Jumping and Para-equestrian are organised in accordance with new criteria which aligns closely with the high performance strategy of the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS).

The new structure includes two tiers – High Performance and Talent Identification, with categories and specific selection criteria for each.
