Shane Rose has a long history in Eventing, in 1994 he represented Australia in the Young Rider Trans Tasman competition. This was just the beginning for Shane, with another two selections for equestrian team events following at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics and the 1998 World Equestrian Games.  In 2003, Shane with his now wife Niki, started Bimbadeen Park, their racehorse and performance horse breaking and pre-training business. Since then, Shane has gone on to be selected to attend the 2006 World Equestrian Games, won a silver medal in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games in Equestrian – Eventing and was selected for the 2012 London Olympics as well as the 2014 World Equestrian Games (WEG), where he was part of the Australian team, that placed 4^th and qualified Australia for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.

Shane Rose is a contender for the Equestrian – Eventing team for 2016 Rio Olympic Games. In the lead up to the Olympics, Shane has been training hard and competing in top level competitions, including his recent first place in the CIC3* Melbourne International 3 Day Event.
