Calling for 2020-2021 National Discipline Committee EOI’s

It is once again that time of year where Equestrian Australia call for National Discipline Committee (NDC) Expression of Interest for vacancies as listed below. 

All of the below positions will be for a two (2) year term (unless stated) commencing 1 January 2020. 

Eligibility requirements and an outline of the role and responsibility for each NDC can be found in both the EA National Discipline Committee Appointment and Procedures Policy, and NDC Charters here.

Equestrian Australia Dressage Committee
Two (2) vacancies
Committee members Prue Spurrett and Hannie Byrne have served two (2) terms and are both eligible to re-stand.

Equestrian Australia Driving Committee
Three (3) vacancies
Committee members Jessica Meredith and Jackie Boyd have served one (1) term and Christine Gibbons has served two (2) terms, all are eligible to re-stand.

The Drivers’ Representative will also become vacant, Corby Cunnington has served one (1) term and is eligible to re-stand.

Equestrian Australia Endurance Committee
Five (5) vacancies – three, two-year term vacancies and two, one-year term vacancies.
Committee members Chris Bailey has served one and half terms and Robyn Parnell has served two and half terms, both are eligible to re-stand for one year term vacancies. Jane Radny and Matthew Walker have both served two terms and are eligible to re-stand.  Anne Barnes has served three consecutive terms and is not eligible to re-stand.

The Endurance Riders’ Representative will also become vacant, Louise McCormack has served one (1) term and is eligible to re-stand.

Equestrian Australia Jumping Committee
Two (2) vacancies

Committee member Rory Hovell has served one (1) term and is eligible to re-stand. There is also one additional vacancy.
