EA National Registration for ALL Event Medical Service Providers

Deadline extended, now COB 19^th November 2020.

I am very pleased to say we are finally on the ‘home-run’ with updating our EA Medical Service Provider documents and processes. As we are galloping into 2021, it will be a huge achievement to have consistency across all equestrian disciplines. Also, this will provide EA with a holistic athlete-incident reporting and medical support management process.

EA is moving forward to develop a National Database of all our wonderful and experienced Medical Service Providers (MSP) supporting EA events Australia wide.

THIS SURVEY IS ONLY FOR CURRENT OR POTENTIAL EVENT MEDICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS (Doctors, MSP Businesses, First Aider Services, RNs etc.)

By registering your services on-line via the survey monkey link below, EA National Safety Manager (NSM) can endeavour to provide you with all of the updated medical reporting forms and processes for all EA sport disciplines nationally. In addition, if you have suggestions for areas of improvement or require support from time-to-time we can assist you.

This survey registration will take less than 5 minutes and registration is to be completed by 6^th November 2020.

Again this registration is ONLY to be completed by any current or potential MSP (e.g. Doctor, MSP business, First Aider etc.) whose services are engaged by events, affiliated clubs etc.

Also if you are an Allied Health Professional with AHPRA Registration (RN or EN) and would like to volunteers as Medical Support Personnel, please complete this survey.
