Position Vacant: High Performance Dressage Manager
EA High Performance (HP) is currently seeking a knowledgeable High Performance Dressage Manager to join our team.
The High Performance Dressage Manager is a part-time role and will be responsible for jointly leading all aspects of the HP Dressage Program relevant to the preparation and performance of the Tokyo Olympic Games and the World Equestrian Games 2022; including the management and maintenance of key stakeholder relationships.
In the capacity of assisting the Dressage Chef d’Equipe, the High Performance Dressage Manager shall provide support to all identified camps, clinics and events as well as the Daily Training Environment for our identified cohort of horse and athlete combinations.
The role will further collaborate with the Equestrian Australia Dressage Committee (EADC) on specific HP related projects as agreed with the High Performance Director and EADC Chair.
