Two Equestrian Vaulters Secure FEI World Championships 2022 Qualifications on Home Soil
Australian vaulters Ginger Kennett and Stephanie Dore both secured their FEI World Championships 2022 qualification requirements this past weekend at the Vaulting NSW Summer CVI3* competition, held at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre.

The CVI3* competition was the first FEI Vaulting event hosted in Australia for 2022, and also served as a qualification event for the FEI World Championships 2022 to be held later this year in Herning, Denmark.
Vaulters from Australia were permitted to obtain their qualification requirements on home soil at the CVI3* competition thanks to a dispensation granted by the FEI Vaulting Technical Committee.
Due to border constraints and the complications imposed by Covid-19, it was not possible to secure three FEI judges for the competition, thus the FEI authorised an online evaluation of all performances of the athletes who wished to utilise their results to count as ‘Minimum Eligibility Requirements’ for the FEI World Championships 2022.
Following the FEI online review process we are pleased to confirm that both athletes competing in the CVI3* competition have had their results accepted and officially confirmed as FEI World Championships 2022 qualifying scores.
Ginger Kennett achieved a qualifying score of 6.727 vaulting on Donati 3 lunged by Georgie Kennett.
