Tinney out of Oceania 2023 Championships

Andrew Cooper will replace Gemma Tinney on Australia's Senior Eventing Team which will take on New Zealand as part of the upcoming Oceania Championships in Hastings, NZL.

Tinney is withdrawing from the team and advised National Selectors late last week of her inability to run at Hastings. 

Cooper will ride his own Pepper Jack, a 8yo WB/TB and is very excited to be joining and contribute to the senior team of Cathryn Herbert (Wimborne Constable), Shenae Lowings (Bold Venture) and Kenya Wilson (Sandros Salute MW).

An Australian Young Rider team will also travel to New Zealand for the event.

The Oceania Eventing Championships will be held in conjunction with the NZL Horse of the Year Show from 10 - 12 March 2023 in Hastings, NZL.
