We are Hiring: Pathways Administrative Support Officer - Coaches

We are seeking a Pathways Administrative Support Officer - Coaches to join Equestrian Australia to assist in the development and implementation of national coaching programs to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of our coaches at all levels of the sport. This will require high attention-to-detail, working within tight deadlines and responding well under pressure.

You will be the first point of contact for all coaching enquiries, whether they are at the start of their coaching careers or an experienced elite coach. An ability to anticipate problems and respond effectively to resolve them is an advantage. You will be a problem solver and will make recommendations on where processes can be streamlined to better service our coaches.

Your friendly manner and polished communication skills will be important to enable you to liaise with a variety of key stakeholders including our coaches, members, volunteers, and National Discipline Committees. Your superior time management skills will enable you to manage the ebb and flow of a cyclical workflow.

You will develop a detailed understanding of EA policy and processes, as well as those of the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) and the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI).

Equestrian knowledge and an interest in the development of equestrian sport is highly regarded.
