Equestrian Australia 2024 Director Election Ballot

TO ALL VOTING MEMBERS TAKE NOTICE THAT 

Following the call for nominations of EA Elected Directors, EA has recieved more nominations than places available. In accordance with clauses 17.2(b) and 18.1 of the EA constitution a ballot will be conducted prior to the Annual General Meeting on 15 November 2024.

This year’s ballot will be undertaken electronically by Vero Voting. Vero Voting has been engaged to ensure independence and correct tallying of votes as per the Constitution. Please note that by engaging Vero Voting, individual member votes will not be disclosed to any person of the Company including the Returning Officer.

Members will have received an email from Vero Voting with instructions on how to vote.

In 2024 there is two (2) vacant Elected Director positions, and six (6) valid candidates received. A copy of the Nominations Committee Report can be found HERE. All candidate profiles are available to view on the voting platform once you have logged in. 

The ballot will open at 9 am (AEDT) on Friday 18 October 2024 and will close at 5 pm (AEDT) on Sunday 3 November 2024.
