National Vaulting Judge Pathway gains FEI equivalency
Equestrian Australia is pleased to announce that the FEI have granted the AUS National Vaulting Judges Education Pathway to be equivalent to the FEI Level 1 Vaulting Judge Education pathway as of 5/12/2024.
"It is excellent to see that the FEI is acknowledging the high quality of our Judge Education System. Over the years, many people have contributed to creating an Equestrian Australia National Pathway that produces judges of a very high standard, from the beginning of their journey up to FEI level. Such recognition is a great step forward for the future of vaulting in Australia."
Natalie McNeill Chair EAVC
“ In granting Equivalency, FEI have confirmed that the Equestrian Australia Vaulting Judge Accreditation System is robust and produces Level 3 Australian Judges who are sufficiently educated and experienced to adjudicate at International Competition. Thanks go to all the people at EA for their support and assistance with ensuring that our Vaulting Judges have a pathway that leads them smoothly to FEI Accreditation. My thanks go to Robyn Bruderer and Darryn Fedrick for their enthusiasm, work, patience and persistence in getting us to this point. We know our Vaulting Judges are world class and now the world knows too!“
Angela Deeks - NVJA
The equivalency means that the approved National Officials can be directly entered into the FEI Level 2 Transfer Course provided they fulfil the criteria as mentioned in the FEI Education System and completed all necessary requirements.
