Motion 2 Adopt a national biosecurity policy which includes a Hendra virus management plan, upon completing of a risk and impact assessment in consultation with all states and their relevant recognised government agencies and major industries and stakeholders.

Amendment to the Motion 3 States should be given 3 months notice or shorter if agreed, by all shareholders, of the adoption of any policy requiring condition of entry vaccination to EA events to allow members to decide whether to exercise their constitutional rights to call a special general meeting to overturn the board’s decision.
