The Young Horse Series at PSI Dressage and Jumping with the Stars
PSI Dressage and Jumping with the Stars attracts some of the best young horse judges from around the world. This year we are capitalizing on this with the introduction of The Young Horse Series.
In a desire to expand participation and knowledge sharing, The Young Horse Series will consist of three sessions concentrating on assessing the young horse. A select number of 3yo horses will be presented daily for our distinguished panel to discuss. Confirmation, movement and temperament will all be taken into consideration. Looking at the strengths and weakness of each horse, the panel will discuss which Olympic sport the young horse will be best suited to and how the horse should be produced to reach its full potential.
Guest presenters include;
· Chris Hector, one of Australia’s most knowledgeable sources on pedigree,
· Bev Edwards proprietor of Jaybee Farm, QLD,
· Dr Ulf Moeller, one of the great auction riders and producers of young horses in the world and manager of the PSI Dressage Stables,
· And our guest jumping star, Greg Best.
The Young Horse Series sessions will be run daily in the indoor arena so be sure to visit our website for the latest event timetable.
