Call for Nominations for Elected Directors

TO ALL VOTING MEMBERS TAKE NOTICE THAT

Equestrian Australia Limited (EA) calls for nominations from Voting Members for Elected Directors of EA.

Nominations for Elected Directors by a Voting Member must be:
(i) in writing signed by the Voting Member concerned;
(ii) on the form prescribed by the Board (please see attached);
(iii) certified by the nominee expressing their willingness to accept the positions for which they are nominated.

Nominations must be received by the EA Chief Executive Officer by 5pm (AEST) Sunday, 27 August 2023 being at least 42 days prior to the EA Annual General Meeting.
Please note the EA Board has one vacant Elected Director role to be voted on by the members at this year’s AGM. The term for this role is 3 years.
