Position available - Pathway Manager - Coaches

Equestrian Australia is one of Australia’s leading national sporting organisations with a history of Olympic and Paralympic success.

Coaches are integral to the growth of equestrian sport and are a significant part of our membership. Providing opportunities for their continued development is the core focus of this role.

In this hands on role, you will create and implement coach education programs to enable the accreditation and ongoing development of coaches from introductory to elite level coaching. You will be responsible for developing the framework and pathway for upskilling equestrian coaches, and will work with industry experts to access and develop content. You will also assume oversight for scheduling the national course program.

You will have demonstrable experience in adult learning principles and proven results in developing a coaching program that could be applied to our multi-discipline sport including para equestrian. An understanding of and the ability to manager administrative and governance requirements is essential to the success of this role, as is your ability to navigate competing priorities.

Significant equestrian knowledge will provide a distinct advantage.
