Equestrian Australia is one of Australia’s leading national sporting organisations with a history of Olympic and Paralympic success.

With a focus on member engagement, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team to work with our State Member organisations to broaden our member base and develop pathways for increased participation. In this hands on role, you will create and implement the development pathway for athletes from cradle to pre-elite. With a small, cross-border team, you will oversee and evolve our existing programs, as well as identify gaps in our current pathway planning to extend our offering. You will also work closely with our partnering associations, Pony Club Australia and Riding for the Disabled.

You will have sound experience in building development frameworks within a sporting environment, strong stakeholder engagement skills, well-developed written and verbal communication skills and an ability to impart your enthusiasm for equestrianism with the broader community.
