As members of Equestrian Australia, for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) set to be held on Monday, 18 January 2021 at 8:00pm (AEDT), you are able to vote.
We encourage all members to attend as your vote is important. You will be able to submit a proxy and pre-register, further information on how to pre-register will be available closer to the AGM.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Equestrian Australia is to be held on Monday, 18 January 2021 at 8:00pm (AEDT).
A further notice will be issued in the coming weeks setting out:
1. The general nature of the Meeting’s business
2. Details of any special resolution (if any)
3. Details of any notice of motion (if any)
4. Information on proxy voting and
5. A copy of the audited financial reports of EA for the year ended 30 June 2020
How to join the meeting?
The Meeting will be held via technology. Details will be provided prior to the Meeting.
