Ginger Kennett Shines in 2025 FEI Vaulting World Cup Final

Australia’s Ginger Kennett has delivered an impressive performance at the 2025 FEI Vaulting World Cup Final in Basel, Switzerland, proudly representing her country on one of the sport’s biggest international stages.

Competing in the Individual Female category, Ginger partnered with the lovely Goldjunge, expertly lunged by Jacqueline Schönteich. The talented combination kicked off their campaign on Saturday 5 April, with Ginger performing first out in the field of eight competitors.

In the Technical Test, Ginger impressed both the judges and the crowd with a confident and composed routine, earning a score of 7.178 and placing 6th after the first round. Her mother, Georgie Kennett, expressed immense pride in the result, sharing that Ginger was “very excited for the Freestyle tomorrow.”

Returning for the Freestyle Test, Ginger delivered another elegant performance, once again highlighting her athleticism, precision, and artistic expression. She scored 7.169, securing an overall 7th place finish in the Final—an outstanding result against a highly competitive international field.

At just 22 years old, Ginger’s achievements on the world stage reflect her dedication, hard work, and passion for the sport. Her performance in Basel is not only a personal triumph but a moment of pride for Australian Vaulting.

Congratulations, Ginger – you’ve done Australia proud!
