AIS COACH DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Equestrian Australia encourages eligible coaches to apply for the following two development opportunities run by the AIS:
2025 HP Coach Mentoring Program Opportunity.
AIS HP Coach Development is supporting Australian HP coaches to engage in mentorship through the HP Coach Mentorship Program.
The HP Coach Mentorship Program assists HP coaches of AIS categorised athletes with their growth and development by providing critical guidance and support during sensitive periods of learning.
This program aims to establish a network of non-hierarchical developmental relationships between mentors and mentees.
Mentees are matched with an experienced and successful coach mentor. All mentors are provided with training to provide perspective, practical tools and a network of support to their mentees.
Both mentors and mentees have access to ongoing support from the AIS HP Coach Development Team for the duration of the program.
